Applicant/Retiree is to present himself/herself in person to High Commission and after booking an appointment with the following documentation:

1. Discharge Certification of Retiree;
2. (Record of Service of Retiree; 
3. Original Nigerian Passport; 
4. 2 recent passport size photographs; and
5. Other relevant documents.
